Ah, i can teach you.. It's very very easy.
First make a Button/Movie clip and then put this code in
on (release) {
gotoAndStop(1);
}
basicly, its when you click on it, and then release the mouse button, it will goto and stop at frame 1. Change (1); to the frame you want it to go to.
